As one of the most popular products in the aesthetic enhancement industry over the last 20 years, Botox® is one of the most effective methods for treating wrinkles and expression lines. Botox® injections act as a temporary nerve blocker to weaken the contraction of muscles and smooth away fine lines & wrinkles.

Botox® is an injectable neuromodulator solution, that works by causing temporary paralysis to the muscles in the face. By temporarily paralyzing these muscles that cause these expression lines, the skin is allowed to flatten out. And with time, and good skin care habits, the facial folds will fade and the expression wrinkles you target will disappear.

What Does Botox® Improve?

  • Fine Lines In & Around the Eyes
  • Forehead Wrinkles & Lines
  • Crow’s Feet & Under-Eye Depressions
  • Neck Lines
  • Smile Lines Along the Mouth
  • Nasolabial Folds

The results of BOTOX® treatment should appear within 3 – 7 days after treatment and will usually last 4 months but can be shorter or longer, depending on the patient.

BOTOX® treatment of frown lines can cause minor temporary droop of one eyelid in less than 3% of injections. This usually lasts 2 – 4 weeks. Occasional numbness of a small area on the forehead lasting 2 – 3 weeks, bruising and transient headache have also occurred. In a very small number of individuals the injection does not work as satisfactorily or for as long as usual.
